Myths, Monsters and Malaise: A Multi-Artist Zine

Zines are like these cool little DIY magazines that can bridge the gap between online and real-life spaces. Imagine walking into a hobby shop and finding a zine about that Pokémon tournament you've been following online. Boom! Instant connection between digital and physical worlds.

Our Collaborative Zine Project

We're creating a zine called "Myths, Monsters and Malaise" with a loose Greek Myths theme. Here's the lowdown:

• Theme: Greek Myths (but feel free to get creative)
• Format: 8 zine pages per artist (that's 4 printer pages folded in half)
• Colors: Black + bright green (#00d300) only (we're printing on green paper). You can also do Black and White and I can add the green color in post.
• Page size: 3300 x 2550 pixels (Photoshop tip: Place a vertical guide at 1650 for the fold)
• Style: Go wild! Art, writing, or both - it's up to you
• Credits: We'll list artists on the cover, but individual pages won't be credited
• Layout: We're mixing everyone's pages randomly for a Dada-esque presentation

The vibe we're going for is DIY zine culture meets Dada art. Mutate those myths, abstract those concepts, or retell those stories in your own way. It's all good!

Submission Deadline: Sooner rather than later!
